  bis Legalization: New Hampshire is currently the only New England state without legal adult-use cannabis. This week, the state established the Commission to Study With the Purpose of Proposing Legalization, State Controlled Sales of Cannabis and Cannabis Products. The Commission has unveiled a draft proposal, which is scheduled to be presented to the state's legislature on December 1. Initially, the expectation was for the Commission to recommend a state-run store model, but now they are exploring a franchise model, likened to McDonald's or Dunkin' Donuts. Please note that this proposal is a draft and may undergo further revisions before reaching legislators' desks.
